Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will grant you complete command over your mailboxes and email newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward email messages from one e-mail account to another, set up email filters, create autoresponders and defend your email mailboxes against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming messages according to specific rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one email box to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply select the e-mail account you want to forward mail messages from, then select the target email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you wish to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
